Can I bring food/drink? Yes
Can I drop party items off prior to my party? Yes! We actually ask that you do. Since set up is included in your party package price, it is very helpful to have any theme specific items ahead of time so we can get it all set up and creatively displayed prior to your event!
What time can I arrive to bring last minutes items for my event? Families may arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event time.
Do you put up balloon arches or garlands? No, we do not. We do however have several local vendors we can recommend that have been to our party space before, so the process for you is fairly seamless. Balloon arches and garlands will need to be put up and taken down by you or the vendor.

Birthday Party Packages & Pricing

1.5 - 2 hours of party time in a private event space
Courtesy set-up and clean up by our Scoops staff
Staff member present for the duration of your event to serve ice cream
Tablecloths, birthday decor & balloon centerpieces for guests table(s), food table and gift table
If you are using a backdrop we will create balloon clusters for the corners of the backdrop stand
Gift for birthday child
Hub City Scoops sticker for each party guest
Junior ice cream cup or cone for party guests

Everything in the Scoops Party Pack with the addition of the following:

Plates, silverware and napkins, color matched to your theme (great option if you are offering food at your event)
Reusable color changing Hub City Scoops cup
Drinks for party guests (small bottled water, plus a juice or mini soda)

2 hours of party time in our private event space
Courtesy set up and clean up by Scoops staff
Scoops staff member present for the duration of your event to serve ice cream to guests as needed
Tablecloths and balloon bouquets and/or clusters to match your color scheme
Junior cup or cone of ice cream for party attendees
Decor to compliment your shower

Additional shower guests over the count of 20 will be a $2 per person add on

Ice Cream Cake - $34.99 for an 8", $7.99 for a mini cake (smash cake)
Fresh baked cookies - $10 for one dozen
Toppings Bar $20 to any Party Package, includes a variety of six topping creatively displayed for party guests to assemble their own ice cream sundae
Slushy Punch - $25/ gallon (one gallon serves approx. 20 guests, advance notice required)
Filled party favor bags - $7 each
Gift Cards available in any amount
(option instead of favor bags or can be added to favor bags)
Hot Chocolate Bar $45 - Includes hot chocolate and six toppings for 15 guests. Topping options are crushed peppermint, mini marshmallows, cinnamon, whipped topping, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, mini chocolate chip morsels, rainbow sprinkles, and chocolate sprinkles
Coffee Bar $40 - Fresh brewed coffee for 20, assorted creamer, sugar & sugar substitute

Add on items will be creatively displayed at your event.

Hourly rental rate is $75 for the first hour and $60 an hour for each additional hour
Use of an assortment of tables if available. We have 4', 6' and 10' tables and 40+ chairs
Ice cream is not included in the hourly rate price, however it can be included as an add on option. Contact us for pricing
We will arrange tables as requested and take care of clean up

Private, 800 square feet of event space, perfect for small gatherings of up to 35 guests
